Seven Abated Companies Expected to Invest $318 Million and Generate $106 Million in New Tax Revenue in Nevada

CARSON CITY, Nev. – The Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) has approved $25,366,013 in tax abatements. In return, these companies are projected to create 847 jobs in the next five years at an average hourly wage of $33.66. Additionally, these companies will make a capital equipment investment of $317,719,176 and generate $105,635,326 in new tax revenues over the 10-year abatement period.

“The companies approved today for abatements are poised to inject millions of dollars into the economy and create hundreds of high-paying jobs,” stated Governor Joe Lombardo. “Nevada continues to foster a vibrant, diverse business environment that supports growth and success across various industries.”

The companies receiving abatements are in Clark County, Storey County and Churchill County. The companies approved today for abatements include:

  • Bombshelter Diesel Supply LLC (dba DieselCore), represented by Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), plans to establish a facility in North Las Vegas. DieselCore is a core supplier and distributor in the diesel engine and parts remanufacturing industry. The company was approved for $117,286 in abatements and is expected to create 87 jobs at an average hourly wage of $31.61 within five years. The company is expected to make $1,120,000 in capital equipment investment in the first two years of operation and generate $7,223,398 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
  • FAAC Incorporated (dba MILO Live), represented by LVGEA, plans to double its current operations in Las Vegas. MILO Live is a U.S.-based defense and law enforcement training company that provides real-world, immersive training systems, with a specialization in live-fire shooting ranges and simulation environments. The company was approved for $118,699 in abatements and is expected to create 16 jobs at an average hourly wage of $31.62. The company is expected to make $1,528,175 in capital equipment investment in the first two years of operation and generate $1,544,723 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
  • Idaho Asphalt Supply, Inc., represented by Churchill Fall Economic Development, plans to build a comprehensive plant in Churchill County that would produce, supply, and distribute asphalt cement, slurry seal, and other products to support construction in Nevada and other western states. The company was approved for $795,852 in abatements and is expected to create 99 jobs at an average hourly wage of $31.98 within five years. The company is expected to make $8,150,032 in capital equipment investment in the first two years of operation and generate $6,493,040 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
  • Paysign, Inc., represented by LVGEA, plans to expand its existing headquarter operations in Henderson. Paysign is a financial services and fintech company providing solutions across industry sectors, such as healthcare, hospitality, retail and government. The company was approved for $377,270 in abatements and is expected to create 395 jobs at an average hourly wage of $33.31 within five years. The company is expected to make $1,387,147 in capital equipment investment in the first two years of operation and generate $23,343,037 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
  • PR TX 1, LLC, represented by Northern Nevada Development Authority (NNDA), plans to establish a data center operation in Storey County. The company designs and operates megascale, single- or multi-user data center campuses in the U.S. to meet the growing demand for AI and cloud infrastructure. The company was approved for $23,350,806 in abatements and is expected to create 14 jobs at an average hourly wage of $54.29 within five years. The company is expected to make $300 million in capital equipment investment in the first five years of operation and generate $51,119,089 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
  • Trident Enterprises International, Inc., represented by NNDA, plans to create a warehousing and distribution facility in Storey County. Trident is a leading distributor of fence supplies that service clients across North America. The company was approved for $39,191 in abatements and is expected to create 13 jobs at an average hourly wage of $32.24 within five years. The company is expected to make $380,000 in capital equipment investment in the first two years of operation and generate $748,693 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
  • Welspun USA, Inc., represented by LVGEA, plans to establish a new manufacturing and distribution facility in Clark County. Welspun is a division of the global Welspun Group, an international leader in textiles, pipes, and infrastructure with a strong presence in North America. The company was approved for $566,909 in abatements and is expected to create 223 jobs at an average hourly wage of $31.73 within five years. The company is expected to make $5,153,822 in capital equipment investment in the first two years of operation and generate $15,163,346 in new taxes over the next 10 years.
