CARSON CITY, Nev. – The Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) announced today that its Nevada Main Street program has awarded 2026 grant funding to over two dozen projects across the state.

“The Nevada Main Street program delivers critical funding that helps keep our communities vibrant and economically strong,” said Governor Joe Lombardo. “By supporting these projects, we are fostering Nevada’s future and creating broad economic opportunities across the state.”

Nevada Main Street, which offers a holistic approach to downtown revitalization across both urban and rural communities, has funded 31 projects from 20 Main Street organizations in the amount of $425,517.

“Thanks to continued funding and support from the governor and legislature, GOED and the Main Street program are making positive changes throughout Nevada’s communities,” said Shari Davis, GOED’s director of rural economic and community development. “Nevada Main Street investments help small businesses grow, restore historic spaces, and create welcoming places where people want to gather. When our Main Streets thrive, the entire community thrives.
