NEVADA SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (SBDC):
This statewide resource for business assistance through the University of Nevada provides a mix of services, expertise and training for starting, operating and expanding a business. The center, with 11 locations throughout the state, also provides data about the economy, business environment and population demographics, as well as information and guidance for complying with environmental regulations. Business Resiliency Toolkit contains a small business resiliency plan, as well as links to help small business owners plan for any kind of disruption, from natural disasters to infrastructure failures to pandemics.
The Nevada Small Business Development Center offers and coordinates a wide range of workshops, seminars, and courses in cooperation with the public and private sector. Expert instruction ranges from introductory business management classes designed for start up businesses to advanced presentations aimed at assisting established companies.
