Due to financial hardship caused by COVID-19 disaster, many banks and financial institutions are offering different assistance programs:

» Capital One | To customers and associates affected with COVID-19 disaster Capital One is offering:

» U.S. Bank  | To those financially impacted by COVID-19, USBank is offering:

  • Personal Banking - mortgage assistance, credit card assistance and different type of loans (simple loan, personal loan).
  • Small business owners - Paycheck Protection Program, SBA disaster assistance loans.

» Greater Nevada Credit Union | An approved U.S. Small Business Administration lender is helping businesses to gain access to funding through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

» Wells Fargo | Provide assistance to customers financially affected by COVID-19 by offering credit card fee waivers, payment deferrals, and other expanded assistance for credit card, auto, mortgage, small business, and personal lending customers:

» Citi Bank |  Clients impacted by COVID-19, may be eligible, upon request, for the following assistance with:

  • Credit card - waiver of the minimum payment due requirement and late fees for 2 statement cycles and Collection forbearance program.
  • Retail Bank - fee waivers on safe deposit box fees and non-Citi ATM usage fees, effective April 3, 2020.
  • Small Business - extending fee waivers on monthly service fees and remote deposit capture fees, as well as penalty waivers for early Certificate of Deposit withdrawals for an additional thirty days, to May 8, 2020.
  • Mortgages -  offering 90-day forbearance for Citi's mortgage loans where the borrower is experiencing hardship.
  • Student Loans - forbearance programs for student loans to provide additional peace of mind during this time.

» Bank of America  |  Offers an  additional support to consumer and small business clients through Client Assistance Program to those who need help making credit card, vehicle and/or home loan payments.

» Chase | Provide assistance to customers affected with COVID-19 disaster.
